Hello from my studio.
I hope everyone is staying warm during this recent icy winter blast. As January wraps up, I’ve been spending time in the studio—painting both large and small oil works, exploring color, light, and shadow, and spending more time creating in clay. The rhythm of making has been a steady companion these past weeks, offering focus and a sense of continuity.
Looking back on 2025, much of my inspiration came from movement, perspective, and exploration. I spent time hiking and exploring new places, near and far, and intentionally slowing down in the natural spaces of this beautiful world we share. Traveling with friends and family, along with moments of solo exploration, opened up new ways of seeing that continue to shape my artistic journey.
As this new year unfolds, my hope is to keep creating work that offers space—for reflection, curiosity, and perhaps a small sense of calm amid the noise. Thank you for being here, for supporting this work, and for staying connected.
Wishing you warmth, steadiness, and moments of light as we move forward together.
